  Wrong, and bad advice too.  Please don't recommend people go placing
multiple copies of cygwin1.dll on their system, it's a source of massive
problems.

  It's also utterly unnecessary considering the compiled program doesn't need
cygwin1.dll as it is not in any sense a cygwin program.
