I suppose you mean a mount to the bin directory under the cygwin root 
directory, in my case c:\Cygwin\bin. Given this case, and that the 
directory in the PATH, does it make any sense the library 
cygcrypto-0.9.8.dll is not found? This library is it located under /usr/bin.
