It's the list of baudrates supported by Linux up to 3000000.  Higher
baudrates would require to change the CBAUD mask in termios.h which
I wasn't comfortable with for now.

Months from now.  If you're daring, use a developers snapshot from
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/
