With setup.exe-2.551,553, installing or reinstalling tetex-base,extra,tiny
(several times), I have this result from

    cygcheck -c -v > out.check

------------------------------------------------
...

tetex 3.0.0-3 OK
Missing file: /etc/postinstall/post-texmf.sh from package tetex-base
tetex-base 3.0.0-3 Incomplete
tetex-bin 3.0.0-3 OK
tetex-devel 3.0.0-3 OK
tetex-doc 3.0.0-3 OK
Missing file: /etc/postinstall/post-texmf.sh from package tetex-extra
tetex-extra 3.0.0-3 Incomplete
Missing file: /etc/postinstall/post-texmf.sh from package tetex-tiny
tetex-tiny 3.0.0-3 Incomplete

...
------------------------------------------------

It looks as a difficulty to copy post-texmf.sh in /etc/postinstall (adding
.done).

The problems disappear if one uses setup.exe-2.510 (the official version).

Cheers,

   Angelo.
