Yesterday I downloaded the 0.59 binary zipfile, and it WORKS on the machine where the 0.58 version wouldn't compile (the compile would exit with:

    /usr/bin/ld: crt2.o: No such file: No such file or directory
    collect2: ld returned 1 exit status


This version works so thanks to Mark Edgar for the new 0.59 version.
