The latest snapshot (Jan 18, 2006) has the same bug. The test makefile fails to
delete the parent directory as described in my previous email.

I also tested multiple release versions of Cygwin and found out that this is a
regression between 1.5.19-4 (Jan 20, 2006) and 1.5.20-1 (Jun 30, 2006). The
1.5.19-4 version is the latest one I could find that did have this bug.

The earliest snapshot available at http://cygwin.com/snapshots/ is from Mar 22,
2006 and it also has the bug.

It looks like the bug is a result of a change that happened between the 1.5.19-4
release from Jan 20 and the snapshot from Mar 22.
