  Well, pretty much by definition the /uploading/ went well.

  Most likely the mirror happened to update in between uploading the dll and
the next run of the script that updates setup.ini.  It should be run every ten
minutes.  Maybe the cron job failed with an error.  It will certainly be
corrected soon.
