I think. libfontconfig1-2.4.1-1.tar also contain /usr/share/doc/* and /usr/share/man/* which belong to fontconfig-2.4.1-1 I think. /usr/share/man is missing the man pages also the last version 2.2.2 included it. The last package created a symlink: ln -sf /usr/bin/fontconfig-config /usr/X11R6/bin/fontconfig-config This file is missing in your packages. So maybe you could create a postinstall script which removes this symlink.
