If it violates some rule then I apologize. I'll only add that your logic for sending the test was faulty, since you had been told why you had the problem. By participating in this email thread, you had already verified for yourself that email to this list using your account would work. Anyway, for your future reference, such tests aren't silently tolerated and repeat offenders have historically been blocked from the list.
