thanks, the syntax is ok now, but still can't be started.

$  /usr/sbin/httpd2.exe -v
Server version: Apache/2.0.55
Server built:   Jan 24 2006 23:23:08

$ /usr/sbin/apachectl2 -k start
/usr/sbin/apachectl2: line 78:  6228 Bad system call         $HTTPD $ARGV
