You can add it to your ~/.bashrc (export
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=3D/usr/lib/pkgcongig:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig) or equivalen=
t for
other shells, or you can use the global /etc/profile.d directory to add it =
for
everyone.
