Hello,

if our institution is hosting a Cygwin repository mirror, would this be 
sufficient for the term side-by-side. Other means, as just put a large 
archive on the page where you can download the installer with all the 
sources we use would be a little uncomfortable for the user and 
therefore be work for nothing.

For the case of the CD-ROM I will update it to contain also all sources 
of the packages.
