I posted two messages with the cygcheck output attached as MIME type
plain/text. Neither message has made it through to the list, and I
have not received any error messages regarding reasons for
rejection. So it seems that only my messages with attachments get
dropped. That makes it hard to follow the "Reporting guidelines".¹
