When I first posted my problem with cron-cygwin, I got a reply from him that
I still don't think was kind. 
If I misread his attempt to help me, then I apologize.

Igor wasn't addressing you in his reply, so I'm not sure why you are
stepping in here.  Igor's email was addressed to Kevin Markle who sent
him private email rather than using the mailing list.

His reply was not "unkind".  You are totally misreading his attempt to
help.
