I could confirm this on three other installations. The
postinstallation scripts output nothing.

The postinstall scripts test "cygcheck /bin/sh.exe" and get
"C:/cygwin/bin/sh.exe - Cannot open" so it cannot get into the
"Error:\ could\ not\ find*) update=yes" branch.
