Just updated bash and ash, seems to involve losing /bin/sh.exe.

(1) Now all scripts beginning #! /bin/sh fail; should there be a link
/bin/sh -> /bin/bash?

(2) Also, previously, typing "rxvt" without the qualifier "-e bash" still
gave a rxvt window. Now it's a case of flicker on screen, followed by an
almost immediate flicker off. Slightly non-optimal, breaks a few scripts,
but I can try to live with it if this new behaviour is intended behaviour.

Thanks,

Fergus
