IIRC, the Spreadsheet-WriteExcel bundle doesn't come pre-installed with Cygwin perl. Did you install it? If not, do so via CPAN (type "cpan" at the bash prompt, then use the "help" facility for more info or see ). BTW, this answer is in no way Cygwin-specific, except the fact that the bundle may be Win32-specific and will need to be ported to Cygwin.
