I found a suggestione from Axel at Fermilab for a similar problem on: http://root.cern.ch/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1382 and rebasing again with this command: \ls /bin/*.exe /bin/*.dll | rebaseall -v -T - , even if this command terminates with an error when the rebasing reaches cygwin1.dll, now my sshd is again ok!
