You obviosuly don't know what you are talking about: 1. There's no superuser on cygwin. root is usually SYSTEM on windows. 2. You are trying to use the completely wrong sudo package. There exist sudo packages for windows, but not for cygwin. Search the web for "sudo for windows", cmdasuser, runuser or just use runas, but don't try to use the unix sudo package.
