When I run Eclipse I get the following error

The procedure entry point_argz could not be located in the dynamic library cygwin1.dll

I have checked that cygwin has installed by opening a cmd window and typing g++ or make both of these work.  Any idea what is wrong I am running XP with service pack 2.
