The library seems to be separated from the compile, and just like Seng 
said, we have to hard code it into the source,.
Gerritt, work on getting this right before the gcc 3.4.1 candidate is 
released into the main. This is hurting a lot of projects. I can't build 
KDE or QT under cygwin.
