I tried, but I've only found packages (mostly derived from Voxware's GNUWINCE) based on a support DLL's that supplies a POSIX layer, like the one at http://mamaich.kasone.com/fr_pocket.htm . The main problem for my application is that such DLL (newlib) is GPL'd, automatically GPL'ing any program linked to it. Thanks anyway.
