Sure could be.  Sorry.  I wasn't paying attention.  I wonder why I
wasn't seeing these.  Probably my upstream provider is blocking them as
spam or something.

Btw, if you send this kind of thing to cygwin-owner rather than cygwin
it will be less likely to be drowned out in mailing list noise.
