Not even close.  The franken.de mirrorred the ftp "copy" of the cygutils 
website -- which only existed on netpedia, and then later on the neuro 
incarnation of cygutils.  Over a year ago, when cygutils moved to ece, 
it lost the ftp "copy -- so franken has nothing to mirror.
