I don't normally run nfs-server. You have probably seen my reply on the Cygwin mailing list to someone who had a problem with the nfs-server. Speaking of the mailing list, that's the right place for all Cygwin questions -- the Cygwin community usually frowns on private mail unless specifically requested.
