But I'm not sure since he used 'irc'. There are 2 binaries I know of, one I built and doesn't have Perl support - http://www.pervalidus.net/cygwin/irssi/ The other, which is older, has and is at http://koti.mbnet.fi/blue/irssi-win32/ As I stated on my site, I intend to make a 0.8.8 binary, and another if it builds with Perl. But probably not before January. Anyway, if it's about irssi, contact any off-list.
