Try LucidaConsoleP (patched) from http://www.neuro.gatech.edu/users/cwilson/cygutils/bashprompt/ Or the vgafonts from the same location. LuConP is just LucidaConsoleP, patched to put the line draw chars where codepage:oem can find them.
