I have downloaded cygwin1-20030704.dll.bz2.
It seems to suppress an annoying problem I had with cvs, where I was getting
messages
socket operation on non-socket.
Cut and Paste between Windows applications and my xemacs buffers no longer
work.
Maybe I need to recompile my xemacs or to download a fresh one ?
I have xemacs 21.4 of april 2001.
