I have two 200Mhz Pentium Pro machines, they run Win 98 in 800x600 (15"
monitor) and 1024x768 (17" monitor).

I'd consider 166Mhz to be the lowest usable machine of today (I believe
there is one or two around at school. In the library at least.). Considering
this; wouldn't 800x600 be an apropriate "low end" screen resolution?
