Although I personally would try to keep a stiff upper lip in the face of spurious legal threats from semiliterate defenders of the faith, I am not sure my ISP would be so sanguine. And I do not relish the notion of hunting for a new one. Service providers get so JUMPY these days about copyright infringement, even when the charge is questionable. Now, if I had a "gentlemans' agreement" that all litigious assaults would be directed at me personally... But I suppose that is unlikely.
