I have uploaded version 2.5.6-1 of the open source utility that provides
fast incremental file transfer.
This is not the much awaited "fully tested 2.5.6 release", it's just a 
"plain" 2.5.6 release as it comes from upstream... I hoper to solve some 
of the Cygwin-specific rsync problems in this release but until then you 
can use this updated release, shouldn't have regressions versus 2.5.5 of 
course.

mailing list at:  cygwin@cygwin.com .  I would appreciate if you would
use this mailing list rather than emailing me directly.  This includes
ideas and comments about the setup utility or Cygwin in general.
