     Hi all ,
     
     I run cygwin using runas DOS command , 
     the user i use is an administrator in my local machine , and is 
     registred as domain user too.
     
     when i get bash prompt , i tried to make touch -a some_file , but the 
     result is : permission denied !
     
     Is it normal ? ( idont' think)
