LOL!

In theory it could be a good thing. But it would be a hell of lot of work,
some poor sole would have to write the spec, and if I understand the LSB
standard correctly you can't (or shouldn't) just have a one-way
relationship. Plus there's already some confusion about Cygwin being linux
on-top-of windows.
