No, my point wasn't to insult rebase, rather that the 
testing phase of perl is automated and combined with the 
building phase.  In the current scheme, conflicting dlls 
would cause the errors and so on and so forth...  So in this 
case I suppose I could edit the perl build system to run 
rebase...
