How about if we instead suggest that a specific Windows mailing list
or newsgroup would be a better place to ask for this type of thing?  Or
a google search?  Or search for sites which specialize in Windows software?

And then there's always http://www.sysinternals.com/ .  They have all sorts
of good stuff for Windows.
