Woops ;-)

About this issue... It just happend to me when I was updating lynx. It
appeared as though the file download got fragmented or corrupted. It also
gave me a "Sharing violation" when trying to delete it in windows explorer.
FWIW once I had rebooted, deleted the file the problem went away.
