Holy frejolies, am I getting *that* senile?!?!!  Man oh man....

I guess I'll have to go through the code again, but I've been coding under the
assumption that setup needs to run on Win9x with latest service pack and better.
At least I *thought* I was coding that way....

Wow.  I have *got* to stop coding sober.  ;-)
