Am I up too early this morning?!? I checked it on my local copy and it
was in fact gzip'd:

$ ls -l patch-2.5-3-src.tar.bz2
-rw-r--r--    1 corinna  users      144570 Feb 20  2002 patch-2.5-3-src.tar.bz2

So I converted it to bzip'd:

$ ls -l patch-2.5-3-src.tar.bz2
-rw-r--r--    1 corinna  root       118074 Nov  9 07:56 patch-2.5-3-src.tar.bz2

and uploaded it to cygwin.com. Hmm, probably somebody already converted
it on cygwin.com months ago...

Anyway, it's breakfast time.

Corinna
