Is this > feature just > not in standard command-line CVS? Cygwin's CVS is based on the stock cvs sources, which were designed with Unix and Unix-style line endings in mind. If you need to insert dos line endings, use unix2dos. Similarly, if you need to switch to Unix line endings, use dos2unix.
