Setup.exe does not support rsync currently. To support rsync the preferred
approach is to get a c++ wrapper for librsync that interoperates with
rsyncd. Whilst that may sound trivial, to date is hasn't been.

If you'd care to help, I'm happy to write the core of the wrapper class so
you can have something to flesh out .. I'd suggest you start with the
librysnc mailing lists first to understand the issues though.
