One more question: does the currently packaged CVS suffer from the 
"daylight saving time" the initian cvsnt version suffered of the cygwin 
layers solves it already? (I heard that it still has and found nothing 
nor on the mailing list nor in the /udr/doc/Cygwin/cvs-1.11-0.README)
