Your mc package is very old -- "libz.dll" is no longer supplied, and 
anything built on cygwin in the last eight months would require the NEW 
name, "cygz.dll".  "libz.dll" is not supplied by cygwin-XFree86 either.

The only thing I can suggest is to download the -src.rpm and rebuild it 
yourself.
