In case anyone takes this seriously...

If we deliver the FAQ for download, people might use that instead of
the online version, which we don't want to happen.  The FAQ is
*supposed* to be a "living document".  (Though I have not been able to
update it nearly as often as I would like to.  Sorry, I have been
travelling a lot lately.)
