Are there any issues or objections to using rsync to download the cygwin
distribution from cygwin.com?

I was thinking of setting up a cron job to update a local copy on a regular
basis and then do installs from my local copy.

I'm in the UK, but none of the current UK mirrors run an rsync service at
present.

Regards,
Tony.
