I appreciate very much for your help. > Your best bet is to simply run setup again from www.cygwin.com. You're obviously missing something and this is the quickest and easiest way to remedy that. Make sure you install *all* packages, since picking and choosing the ones you want is practically guaranteed to leave you with an unusable installation unless you know what you're doing. This list really can't support custom installations at this point.
