I have installed the Cygwin in my Windows NT 4.0. Now the problem is
that I can't use the
platform of Cygwin, since all the icon on the desktop, in the Start Menu
and in
the Cygwin directory only flashed when they were opened. They didn't
appear
on the screen even for one second. Could you please tell me how to
solve the problem? I appreciate very much for your help.
