I noticed that the cvs/ssh hanging problem is fixed in the latest cygwin
release.

I'm somewhat interested in how the problem was solved.  The previous
faq entry on the problem mentioned that it was hard to fix.  Perhaps
you could give a short version of how it was fixed?
