All.  I run setup as Administrator (local).  This is a W2K machine.

Are you sure you're using 2.78.2.13? -- Chris put that version of setup.exe 
on the website less than a week ago.  I didn't see this either with the 
older version of setup.exe -- nor with the HEAD CVS version of seutp.exe.
