If you have xfree running (and have compiled lesstif), compiling it
works ootb (or out of
the source tars, if you prefer).  I spent half a day looking for a
compiled cygwin 
version of DDD, and then spent 15 minutes compiling it...

Actually, I don't see any mention of the string "DDD" on that page,
actually.  The URL is there for the LAPACK libraries, though.  I've
removed that reference.
