Doesn't this message seem more annoying than the usual advertisement email?
It's hard to believe that someone would bother writing a program to
automatically take a picture of a web site just so they can send it to the
owner (guessing that the owner would be cygwin@cygwin.com) as part of an ad.

BTW, has anyone noticed that nobody uses HTML email other than junk
emailers?
